Update to last mri January

At the start of January I had another follow up mri scan, today received the letter from hospital neurology Dr, basically say nothings looks or appears any worse and they are now happy to not do any more scans, I'm thankful for that, I do have a follow up face to face with neurology Dr in Sept this year ,kindly of expecting to be fully discharged to be left under my own Dr care. Mostly with the weird and wacky after affects iv been left with, moods changing as much as the weather total high 1 minutes then a deep low which seems to last a good week roughly

Hi HC, sorry to hear about your lows. I find things start coming at me from all angles and it's hard to see a way forward. My past is jumbled and memories absent. At least your scans showed no further damage. But the path ahead is unclear.

I'm in Leeds and am getting support. Quite a lot at first when I was suicidal but now it seems to be tapering off. I see a weighing scale or balance with negatives on the left and positives on the right. It looks heavy with negatives and not enough positives to get a balance. Looking at trees and birds etc. helps a lot but with fatigue I'm easily floored after tackling something slightly ambitious.

Keep going - things slowly improve with exercise (body and mind), good diet, drawing, writing - anything that helps.

Happy New Year and best wishes, G2
