Hope you are all keeping great ,

So yesterday I went with the wife and the kids to the beach which was great, sun out and pleasant, on way home we stopped at a funfair , the interesting part was me seeing how I can be around that type of environment with the smells noise lights etc, well I was pleased as it all went rather well with no issues, it was early to mid afternoon, plus the kids rattled us out of £40 , in other aspects my ongoing issue still is my moods which change suddenly and it makes the people close to myself which I hate

Funnily enough we went to the beach today- was great weather for it and took the puppy. Was fun seeing his reaction to the water.

Wow. Well done. It took me 3 years to be able to cope with the edge of a funfair or arcade!! In fact I still feel sensory overload in some places. That’s really good progress.

Mood swings are tough. They do get a lot better, but very occasionally now, I do just snap for no real reason. But at least now I recognise when I’ve done it and can apologise straight away!!!
