Hello G2, the video was fantastic, and the company you listed is the exact one I am looking at!! Where I live, we have miles and miles of dedicated off-road bicycle trails, many of them paved. As I've said, my balance is such that a two-wheeler is out of the question for me. Thanks for posting this great info!
Since we also have dirt trails that go through the woods, I was considering the "FullFat" model:
Hi OG, those trails sound marvelous. You probably wouldn't need tyres quite as fat as those though 2" should be plenty. My road bikes are normally 28mm and work ok on gritty and to some extent on gravelly surfaces. The tread makes a big difference. If the trails are hilly you would need a very low gear ratio and/or electric. Puncture proof tyres and inner tubes are avaiable these days. I haven't had a puncture in years.
