hello im new to this forum..i've been 6yrs suffering for a lots of food allergy specially in processed foods, eggs,chicken,soy sauce,fried foods.. and the rash that appears on my skin are sometimes like mosquito bites or a red spot..and when it heals its worst because its like white spot in my body.. please help

You need to keep a food diary. Food you eat and reactions.

To start with just have green tea and slowly introduce other items one by one, for lunch just have plain boiled rice or check peas. It is hard work. It takes time and can be achieved. GPs do not know much on allergy issues. You can ask your GP for a referral to a specialist.

Like Bala said keep a food diary I would also take a visit to the doctors for a referral for a allergy test buy some piriton from the chemist to take in the mean time but deffonatyl stay away froM the foods you know your allergic too
