does anyone have thrombocytopenia (low blood platelets ) or any of thier family alongside them having EDS ?

My own blood count isn't too bad but my sister has had problems with hers since puberty & has to have her platelets monitored regularly (they kept a very close watch during both her pregnancies). At one point she had more white cells then red & looked white/grey in appearance almost like 'walking dead' it was pretty scary but she had a few weeks therapy & medication & things improved again. X
