got my blood test back today it say everything ok don't know what to do now to get someone to listen that i got cfs and how do i find out if i got it or not

Hi Becky. Don't worry. Having normal blood test results just shows that there isn't any definable illness causing your symptoms. Whatever your doctor's opinion is on ME/CFS ask to be referred to your nearest ME clinic. They will be able to diagnose whether you have ME or not and will advise you on how to manage your illness.

Doo a week diary when slept how long how you felt energy wise did you feel. Hungry what you felt like doing work etc show your doctor some days you won't feel you have energy to do it but do it will show good days bad days etc

Hello Becky   -   yes it's best to get a referral to see if it is ME, either to a consultant who sees ME patients,  or to an ME clinic   -    especially needed if applying for benefits.

There are not many around. One of the ME Groups could probably tell you, such as Action for ME. If you're living in Wales, there isn't a clinic at all on the NHS. The Assembly decided to have an ME Lead in each Health Authority. This is partly set-up but not reaching down to the patients and for Benefits or treatment there is little to back one up. A good GP will diagnose the condition, others will not. Your GP ought to be able to diagnose it (read the NICE Guidelines).
