I went out last sunday to Hevers castle with my family and we were walking a lot.I knew going into it that I would regret it once I start feeling the joint pain and the fatigue.Its now thursday and Im still recovering has anybody got any tips on easing the pain in my legs and arms? It would be a much appreciated.

seems you missed out any ranting alls i see is a perfectly valid question. i hope you can learn to say no to people who push you in to doing things that you understand will lead to payback. unfortunately i have not found any thing that helps with the m.e pain but if you can find a way to distract yourself the pain will not seem as bad . meditation/relaxation cds can be very helpful. also have you been to a pain clinic if not you should ask your gp for a referral .good luck.
