Hi Drakula. Hope you don’t mind, but I took the liberty of looking up cyclophosphamide online (see attached link from WebMD below). You may notice that under the drug information section, it advises that you must drink plenty of fluids while taking this medication, as it can be a little straining on the kidneys. Do you think it may be possible that you might not be drinking enough water per day? This may be why your GFR has dropped.

Perhaps you would do well to speak to your prescribing physician about this, and ask she / he how much fluid you should be consuming daily while taking this medication. If you’re not drinking enough, it can harm your bladder and kidneys further (please also see the side effects section).

I hope you find this helpful dear. All of my best wishes to you. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers always. Many blessings. 🙏🙏✌️

Thanks a lot... I am drinking around 2-3 litres as the climate is so hot here and I am sweating a lot. Also there is no fluid retention, swelling or Oedema as such

I’m glad to hear that there’s no edema or anything. And yes, I know what you mean about the heat! Whew! I’m menopausal as well, so it’s hot flashes and blistering heat on my end! Lol! Take care and stay safe! Bye for now! 😊👍✌️🙏
