My protein spill is up.

I am going to see my GP next week.

I also have trouble sleeping.

Hi Samuel,

Thanks for your post. It is good that you are seeing your GP soon so you can discuss what is going on with your kidneys, and ask if there are other tests that can be done to find out what is causing this. Proteinuria is often associated with heart disease too, so keep an eye on your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, weight management, diet and lifestyle is important.
