Is anyone taking trihexyphenidyl (artane) for secondary (post stroke) generalised dystonia? Does it help? Or not? Thank you very much

Hi,

I have been taking trihexyphenidyl for several years.

I have found it effective in keeping the muscle spasms to a minimum.

In the past a pharmacy I used to use didn't always have the tabs in which resulted in side effects after a couple of days.

Discuss with your doctor or Specialist.
