Would like some ideas on how to get to sleep when my head shakes the minute it touches the pillow. I’ve had this problem fir many years, but it’s now getting worse.

Someone suggested to me that. I should wear headphones playing soothing music. I haven’t tried it as I move about all the time and headphones wouldn’t stay put. Good luck with that, barbara

I have the same problem and I use a sleeping pill and deep breathing to calm down the spasms. I always get between 6-8 hours sleep a night. Best wishes. Collette
