Would Dyslexia come under ASN "Additional support needs "

i noticed a leaflet saying a new club has opened in our area for children with additional support needs .. does anyone know if Dyslexia would come under that catagory

or do you think it would it only be for kids with autism, AHAD . etc etc

Yes you can be statement end for dyslexia etc so they should accept unless there's specific conditions they exclude ask them

Dyslexia is a specific learning difficulty. Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs) affect the way information is learned and processed. They include:

Dyslexia

Dyspraxia or Development Co-ordination Disorder (DCD)

Dyscalculia

Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
