Hi Hobie

Could you please restate the question. I don’t know what you mean? I think Osidge means that as well. What do you mean by pain? Presume gob is mouth?

Thanks

Miles

Well that’s a lot more understandable than your thread title, which was incomprehensible 😀

I think a more positive note would be to understand what you are eating and how it will affect your diabetes and overall health. We produce a FREE leaflet called A Healthy Diet and Diabetes which is a great starting point. drwf.org.uk/sites/default/f...

Sharing ideas and recipes on HealthUnlocked is a good way to get started and looking at food swaps to make small changes. See Azmina"s Rainbow Rice recipe which she has cooked at our Diabetes Wellness Days. vegpower.org.uk/recipes/azm...

Do you have any food swap ideas to help your diet?

If we don’t already, I’m going to be adding a Recipe Interest/Topic for anyone who wants to share recipe ideas in their postings.😀👍

Recipes will be of help to the forum due to varied interest. Our main job is to be available for help to each other. It is interesting to see what types of food people are eating- sometimes it sparks the idea (for some) of trying something new as long as it is healthy. If it helps your system and we have differing metabolisms, then that can not be a bad thing. There are some good ideas here.

This is the purpose of the forum, if it’s a post you’re not interested in then please move on to a subject you are interested in and please remember we work in a positive space and we don’t criticise but encourage members.

Thank you for saying that. It’s a place to share ideas for meals/snacks and in general. If a person has a recipe that they want to share, please do!😀👍

Try carb counting for more than 53 years I have never been unemployed in my life & worked all over the UK. I am not criticizing you lot it s the ones who are promoting what they had for dinner or tea ? (non diabetics or T2)
