Bitter melon juice

Has anyone tried bitter melon juice for type 2? I have been adding it daily for a week first thing each morning. No side effects.

Excellent for controlling blood sugar

I use it daily

Slice up one bitter melon. Remove the seeds

Juice it and stain it

I also add one Indian goose berry for added effects

Gets my fasting below 100

I have used the Indian bitten as well as the one that has been called Chinese bitter melon. It looks like a long green cucumber. Also taking 1000mg of non alcohol milk thistle daily. My blood plates are at 67,000 so I am adding organic papaya leaf powder+guduchi powder to try to raise them as well.

Have you talked about this with your Endocrinologist? What did he/she say?

I have been to the VA for only the blood cbc levels. I started this since then.

I have taken it before and I plan to take more. It does a beautiful job for me. I also take the leaves as a tea and it keeps my blood glucose reading pretty low. Read this article. howtocontroldiabeteswithdie...
