Slinda (drug name: drospirenone)
In Australia it has the brand name Slinda, but I am aware in other countries it has a different brand name, the active ingredient / drug however is the same -
drospirenone
. I have stage IV endo and adenomyosis. I was told this was a newer progesterone only pill, so was eager to try it.

New Slynd Progesterone only pill
I came across a 4th generation bcp Slynd -
drospirenone
form of progesterone, which I have read some great reviews as it has the least androgenic effects. Was wondering if anyone has used Slynd or other
drospirenone
based bcp and have few side effects and positive results.

What's wrong with my hormones ?
After getting stuck in the UK and not being able to get my original medicine, I was told by a doctor that taking Yasmin (0.030 mg ethinylestradiol and 3mg
drospirenone
) without a break would be fine and would be just as good as my original medicine.

Hormones, which one is better?
I wanted to use Jaydess, as I have read that it's small, fewer hormones and almost no side effects, but my gynecologist said that he was not inserting anything because it's very painful and gave me pills:
Drospirenone
and ethinyl estradiol.

Just started Safyral birth control pill, so nauseous
(
drospirenone
3mg/ethinyl estradiol 0.03mg) Does anyone know how long the nausea will last? This has the same ingredients as Yasmin but also has some Vit B and folate in it. I've tried numerous antidepressants before, none have worked.

New Versions of Birth Control Pills May Double Blood Clot Risk
Scientists found that the women in this group who took combined birth control pills with newer progesterone types (including desogestrel, gestodene,
drospirenone
and cyproterone) were about twice as likely to develop blood clots than those who took older contraceptive combos (containing drugs like norgestimate
