8 Days Sober 🎉

I found my usual wine o clock time (6pm) this evening very tricky, The ‘wine winger’ was clearly on a roll ‘one won’t hurt’ etc. 😤

So, I tried distracting myself and I raided my husband’s snack shelf, and 1/2 a family sized bag of crisps, some peanuts and 3 biscuits later I have kicked the ‘wine winger’ into touch! Yay, still sober and proud 😊

I hope everyone is having a great night x

Good work. I've started enjoying more snacks and chocolate. I figure it's still not as bad as the booze, so perfectly acceptable. Before, I would avoid food in general in favour of beer, now the snacks are a good treat and distraction.Keep going :-)
