Day 4 today, keeping busy. My danger time is 6pm onwards when I am prepping and cooking dinner. I am looking for alternatives to my usual large glass of red - anyone found a good way to get through 'wine o clock' suggestions gratefully recieved.
Also, I have decided to gift myself a 'sober' treat at the end of each day, something to focus on. Tonights treat is going to be 3 Lotus biscuits and a decaf tea before bedπ

Congratulations. Watch for those acute internal dialogs. The mind can be very manipulative. Be conscious of those child like tantrums. Trick is not to succumb to those twists.
I'm wondering if there are some non-alcoholic options for you. I know there are some good beer ones, but don't know about wine. You are doing great - keep it up!
