Day 4 today, keeping busy. My danger time is 6pm onwards when I am prepping and cooking dinner. I am looking for alternatives to my usual large glass of red - anyone found a good way to get through 'wine o clock' suggestions gratefully recieved.
Also, I have decided to gift myself a 'sober' treat at the end of each day, something to focus on. Tonights treat is going to be 3 Lotus biscuits and a decaf tea before bedπ
