I suffer from OCD which affects many areas of my life, I suffer from intense health anxiety and have struggled with eating problems. I have recently been under a lot of emotional stress in my personal life too. I work in a pub and often misuse alcohol to escape. I have been thinking about my changing my habits for a while now but feel I could do with the support😊

Hello Daisy and welcome to this friendly forum. What a lovely name you have. You may find it helpful to read past posts to pick up tips and how other members have started their journey. Everyone is different. I found by drinking fizzy drinks instead of Alcohol, helped me start on my journey, of course I know fizzy drinks can be bad for one but it was a good start for me at that time. I’ve progressed to a low sugar fizzy drink occasionally and water most of the time. Someone else will be along fairly soon.
