Should I be here 🙄 maybe, I don't drink very often, I'd probably say I'm about 99% teetotal, maybe with a meal when out. The driving for a living and working nights I guess gives me a huge advantage, but the longer I go without, the worse I feel after even a sniff. You'll generally find me with either a tea or coffee within my reach.
Milk is my go to drink when it's hot and you so want that cool drink. But last summer or it was plain old H20 from the tap, throw in an ice cube and perhaps the odd berry if the fridge hadn't been teenage raided and then throw in a couple of tiny ultra fresh mint leaves and boom it's so refreshing, chop and freeze the mint leaves into the ice cubes and you're nearly a step closer to MasterChef standards..
We need out water more then we realize try it, just turn on the tap.
