I was discussing historical health issues with a friend and I told her about an incident that happened quite some time ago,

I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't get out of bed, my entire left side was frozen and I was flopping about like a fish out of water, I must have dropped back to sleep and got up in the morning with no problems.

I put it down to stress because of pressure at work, she remarked it could have been a mini stroke, I have had no other issues like this since then, although I have many other health issues.

I am not really concerned as it happened some time ago but just interested and I would be grateful for any of your comments and opinions
