I did it been to hairdressers then my sisters 40 mile round trip 😳Been anxious but worked through it .god driving back was hard but I have achieved a lot .sounds crazy doing something that I did with out even thinking most weeks.lots of memories flooding in to my mind as haven't really been back to my home town since my Mam died 4 years ago.i was there twice a week for years.was strange been dreaming a lot about my parents miss them so much death so final .since my stroke and anxiety I didn't realise how much I depended on them for advice,encouragement and guidance.well that's it opened my heart and mind to you all😊.im having a cuppa then off to my son s school for a meeting about his school trip to Iceland 🇮🇸.big hugs to all of you xxx

Thanks moo 🙏Back to work tomorrow dreading it.been quite anxious and tired but I have achieved a lot this week.worrying about tiredness and my heart ❤️ but if anyone knows how that feels you do 😳.hope you are ok xx
