Please help me to help my mom

Can anyone help me my mom is in a nursing home she also is on a vent I want to bring her home but I need a next stage dialysis machine but no one is willing to help me get one I know her insurance will pay even the nursing home says they don't know of a place that will give her a next stage I don't believe that I just need help I want my mom home with family and I know I will have to train on using it just don't know what to do
