I do walk for about 4 kms distance or 40 min.

I would like to know the recommendations to avoid kidney, liver, heart and diabetes complications. I am now suffering from loose teeth, I lost one tooth already.

Don't drink. Don't smoke. Don't do drugs. Try to stay away from pain medications such as Ibuprofen, these can cause kidney failure if used frequently. If you abuse any of these things be prepared to be on dialysis for the rest of your life. Manage your diabetes also. Diabetes is the second major cause of kidney failure right behind high blood pressure which I'm sure you already know.

Chat to your GP/specialist diabetes nurse about recommendations re exercise. Swimming is good, as it is gentle on your joints. Walking is good too. Make sure your blood sugar/blood pressure are well controlled, following your diabetic diet carefully, and drink plenty of water, especially in the warmer weather. You need to avoid getting dehydrated. Take your breaks away from your desk, stretching your legs etc. Best get the advice from your doc/nurse as they know you.
