Hi i had a kidney removed 4 years ago now.I try and stick to a diet low sodium, must admit slipped a bit.My GFR is 24 and seems to have remained steady. My query is does anyone have symptoms of chills in there back, i have to sit with electric blanket until i feel better, plus i am experiencing extreme fatigue .
I am also very unfit, however i do still work full time at the moment.
Is there exercises i can do ? that wont damage my remaining kidney.
I also take a lot of tablets including Warfarin.
Would appreciate some advise.

The chills and fatigue sound as though you need to talk to your doctors. Talk to your GP and see what they have to say. When is your next hospital appointment? I can't promise you a cure for these problems, but you do need to get them looked at.
For exercise, most of us think playing rugby is not a good idea, but not all consultants agree on that! Seriously, any sort of exercise that you fancy (and that doesn't hurt too much) is probably good. For me, walking is the most practical. It is easily available, and doesn't need any special equipment. Preserving my mobility is more important to me than building up other parts of my body (or trying to shape my waist), and walking gets me out of the house, seeing new things, possibly chatting to people, it is definitely all good.
