Constipation and Kidney Failure. Does anyone have any advice, or ideas about the management of chronic constipation in Peritoneal Dialysis.

I am a PD patient on four daily fluid exchanges. Since my last PD catheter was fitted in Feb14, I have been diagnosed with gastro-paresis. Constipation is chronic and my Bowel has slowed down to hardly function at all, only going every four days, even with lactulose, docusate, movicol, senna! I am getting extremely paranoid about it. I am concerned there is something seriously wrong. What should I do? They are now carrying out an X-Ray. What else in terms of investigations and treatments can be tried?
