My Fasting Sugar is 109.9 and PP is 160 and I am taking Gluconchek 1 tab in Breakfast and 1/2 tab in dinner suggest further to controll it.

The levels are with medicine or without medicine? 109.9 and 160, If the levels are without medicine, no panic.Food control and physical exercise is enough.
My sugar level is 121 (fasting) and 176 after 2 Hrs of food intake
