Kindly inform me daily meal contents to follow LCHF food requrement. My FBS 109,PPBS 144 HbA1C 7.4. take Amaryl 1 mg daily
Do not consume food after 6:00 pm (Alternate medicine). This will reduce your FBS level still further. Eat less food, more times in a day.
Amaryl 1 mg contains glimepiride. Glimepiride is used along with diet and exercise, and sometimes with other medications, to treat type 2 diabetes (condition in which the body does not use insulin normally and, therefore, cannot control the amount of sugar in the blood).
