Fasting Sugar is 80 Post Parandial Sugar is 154 I am on GP1 Tablet Before Break Fast & GP1 Tablet before dinner is it ok?

Though they are acceptable, you can try to bring them near by by slighly increasing fasting sugar and slightly reducing PP sugar levels.

PP is on the higher side. Consult your doctor and find out from him as to waht medicine is to be taken after breakfast !!
