I am 37 years old since 13 years I am suffering from Diabetes. I take insulin twice a day. My question is how will i prevent from Diabetes?
It appears that you are type 1 diabetes , detected as diabetes at the age of24 years. No way that you can discontinue in your life time.life time

Please start drinking 1-1.5litre light hot water in empty stomach before brush in morning, after 1 hour or befre 1/2 hour of each food take Alovera+raw papaya juice atleast 1glass home made only. make if by using mixer adding some light hot water and pieces of Raw papaya 100gm+alover lefs 100gm after netting by cotton net store in glass bottle and take 3 time daily now on wards. next year this you will be out off insulin be copensetted by tablets , but for now please do not change anything on your improvement your dr. will reduce your medicine.

What Mr.Vittalanand said is spot on. .A type 1 diabetic needs insulin for life with close medical attention.That is the position as of now.
It is right to support drug mafia for life time by not adopting natural option good advice.
When right advice is given do not mislead by saying drug mafia and natural option. etc etc. Type 1 does not have any natural option and only insulin is the way as on date. If the patient wants to get into complications by following any other means it is upto to him. Good control alone will help and for type 1 it is insulin only.
