If your fasting level is 220 there must be something not correct with the medication.Please go in for a comprehensive testing in consultation with an experienced diabetologist. You have to fine tune your diet and dietary habits,exercise,stress free lifestyle and strict compliance with the doctor's prescription.Do not take chances with alternative systems at this stage
Your sugar level fasting is worrysome. Apart from medicines what do u eat ?
