tremors in arms; suffering from arthritis of right shoulder for last 2 months.Is it connected to diabetes?

An arthritic patient may have diabetes also.may not be known to him/her.the tremor may be pre-symptom of both hyper/hypoglycemia.If no glucometer at hand,then remember whole days meal&snacks intake.If you have missed/or over eaten carbs plus high calories,think&do accordingly to overcome..Do the next steps of lab test to confirm.
