I am diabetic having suger level 125 (fasting) suggest me medicine

125 sugar level at fasting is ok.If u have not started any medicine then first u have ur glucose test 1 1/2 hr after food.If it is below 180 then no need to take medicine immediately.rather u start morning walk for 30 mts and have diet control.Avoid sweet,cold drinks,ice-creme etc.Go for sugar test both fasting and PP.If it is less then you can continue like this,but have your sugar test done every month.But if it gets past 180 PP then consult a Diabatologist,

pL. do 1hr. yoga everyday. it should include standing postures like parshakonasana, padahastasana, ardhachakrasana etc. take help from authenticated books like Light on Yoga by Y.S. AYENGER. Do pranayama, have spiritual attitude and be happy. no need of panic of medicine and diet.
