Hi Vasantgd ,

As Mr. Amulya wrote you , your question is not specific to give you any reply. However , when your Doctor says , your kidney partially damaged due to diabatic . The Doctor must have conducted any test relating to your renal test , which gives Doctor to opine about Kidney . Your Kidney got partially affected and you admit that you are diabatic . The only way is to consult your Doctor for medication and diet from your Nutritionist .

So far your question for recourse to normalise damage , is concerned , you know prevention is better than cure . When you are diabatic either Tpe-I or II , you should have been cautious about your medication , diet and exercise .

However , I will suggest you to change your food habits immediately to save your kidney. Your Nutritionist , will give you dietary chart to control renal and diabatic problem , with calorie count .

Prior to expose , any further damage , you stop taking animal protein , milk and milk product , vegitable protein and other protenous food which hazardous for renal desease Take low solium (Salt ) in your food intake . Leave smoking , liquor and other bad habits . Ignore this if you are non smoker and non taker of liquor . Consume water , as it is necessary but not more than that . Take such a food , so that your kidney , will get sufficient rest.

Do not neglect treatment , and be in constant touch with your Doctors.

Do not consume purines food , in vegitable ,pulps and control your diabatic , by giving top priority , is the first and foremost thing you have to do .

Take care .

Yours
