Do Exercise daily and control your diet and try to be tension free.Walking 45 to 60 minute is the best form of exercise.Take small quantum of food rich in Protein with Less Calorie at small intervals. In the Morning take amla juice in empty stomach.Always take green salad before your Lunch and Dinner and reduce the quantity of rice and chappathy.
