3 minutes of exercise a week is all it takes... is that possible?
I think this post is irrelevant as far as the present available knowledge on diabetes, particularly if you are in 60 s and 70 s.
yes it does work. It is called interval training. It is a form of high intensity training. But if you are old it may harm you more than helping you. Kindly consult your doctor and discuss your health status and he will advise you if you can train yourself in this way or not. I m practising this form of excercise on treadmill. I run at a speed of 10miles per hour for 40 seconds and then walk at 4 miles per hour for 2 min and repeat this cycle 6 to 8 times. It is a good mode of cardiac exercise. Pls consult your doc. before starting it.
Can anybody tell me how many calories are utilized from u r body in those 3 minutes. How it is useful for diabetics. High energy reductions may cause hearth failures.Is there any comments from cardiologists. It looks like a TV talk show promising everything to every body.
I am type 2 diabetes since 20 yrs.Iam playing shuttle badminton out door game & age 63 yrs &maintaining goodhealth. I am taking Glycomet GP2 tablets daly 3 after food is it O K. Pl. suggest.
