diabetic for pat 10years. continues pills. now no sugar in fasting and above 200 in post sectin. kindly advise what to bew done.

Babji's suggestions may be followed. As you report you don't have fasting and only PP it is controllable with simple diabetes drugs like metformin or combination. Get your A1c checked and report to doctor for appropriate prescription. Mere exercises wont reduce your sugar levels at this stage. Do not go over fasting to prevent block out due to low sugar that is dangerous and fatal sometimes.
