If you have type II diabetes and have no complications yet, you are lucky! OR you may know what complications are going on inside.These may not have surfaced yet. Are you not taking any medicine- allopathic, natural medicine (ayurvedic),dieting,exercise etc.?please don't be overoptimistic!
