i am taking glimestar m1sr 500 one tab after b'fast & one after dinner blood sugar pp is 125 to 140 may i reduce dose of medicine ?

I am suffering from Diabeties since 2003 and my fasting sugar level is 300 & PP sugar level is 500.

After one hour of Dinner my sugar reading showed 212. This means that i am diabetic?

My FBs is 75-100. PP level is 170 -200 after taking 2 tab. of Glycenorm400 before breakfast and ,
