Could someone in this forum give me Glycemic Index of Psylliyum Husk or commonly known as Isabgol

You will not find GI of Psyllium Husk because it has negligible net carb ( 0.1 %). Most of it is soluble fibre which is not digested. Moreover, it slows down absorption of other carbs that we consume helping blood sugar control. You can assume that it has negligible GI.
