My rbs level after 2hrs of breakfast shows as 122 what does it mean?

2 hrs after breakfast is normally called PP level. 122 is normal.

This can show that you can control your blood sugar after 2 hours. I'd recommend a reading at 1 hour especially after a carby meal. If readings are above 140 you should take care.
