I'm Diabetic type - 1 mellitus patient since 8yrs and continiously I'm loosing weight by then. Recently my urine sugars were ++++ however the blood sugar ranges from 250-300.

I'm exactly not sure where am I lagging.

If any one can help me with some home made remedies that actually work...it would be really nice for me since I'm actually suffering alot due to the same.

My recent HbA1c report shows as 14. I'm certainly not sure about the units... the normal ranges as per my report says is it should be in between 6-7. Post lunch always ranges between 250-300. I'm not sure what's carb intake ?

Diabetes can be controlled/managed by a proper regulated diet and exercise. and medicines prescribed by the doctor

1. Eat every Four hours mini meals. Don't eat big meals. Take more green vegetables/salads.

2. Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread etc

3. Reduce foods with high GI Index like potato, white rice, banana, mango.

4. Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc.

5. Eat daily fruits with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange.

6. Eat lot of proteins like dals, sprouts, egg, chicken etc with every minimeal.

7. Drink lot of water. One glass every hour.

8. Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise every day.

First meet a good doctor .But this is difficult as most general doctors merely prescibe medicines to reduce sugar. You need a three prong approach:Medicines +Diet+Exercise to reduce sugar.Unless there is something more serious medically this approach will give results. But Not Easy to follow and change diet!!Also Not Easy yo do regular Exercise!!Its easy to take Medicines but that alone rarely works!

I have been T1 since being 3. Now in my 52nd year of it. Think about it your body must not be running right. If you did some kind of exersize you would put on weight (muscles)

You are type 1. So insulin is must. Don't fumble for cure with drugs or herbs or whatever. You need to reduce your carb intake. More the carbs higher the dose of insulin and more chances of hypoglycemia and D complications. Take keto range diet if possible.

All your readings indicate you have uncontrolled blood sugar.

First you consult diabetes expert doctor

Next concentrate on exercise, low carb diet, taking enough water, and of course medicine

And finally pray to Allah to give you relief

Good lucks
