Lemon is viraminC.I have read that it helps reduce blood sugar.But not sure.

I have Lemon nearly every day. Not to reduce BG but to stop colds etc. I don't like flu jabs etc.Good luck

Lemons are a great way of Detoxification even if one is diabetic. Reduces chance of getting cold and infections . If one has elevated Serum creatinine levels , then consult Doctor before using it.I use it regularly in black tea along with ginger.

I don't know but my head feels good because I do use Lemon. Diet Tonic water with hint of Lemon is good for circulation & that is good for me.
