Dr Ross Walker is a well known Australian cardiologist. He has been practicing preventive cardiology for over 15 years (that I know of, could be more). Here is an interesting article:

Looks like the doctor is reinforcing my way of thinking.Moderation and variety in what we eat and keep away from sugar and excessively processed foods,no added sugar etc.I have no faith in special diets also,

It is true that all whites are to be left.Baba ramdev also tells the same thing.practicall saturated fat has no direct role in heart related disease.LCHF DIET is the way along with suitable excercise .Thanks
