Teeth implantation technology

I have lost my two molars (right upper)teeth and Dr. Suggested me to go for implant but the problem is the bone density is not supported and Dr. asked me to go for the surgery for enhancing the bone density.

Please suggest me the best available technology,except bridge.

Go by what feels right for you. With my teeth crumbling I didn't want my jaw to go too so opted for dentures, but not until my front teeth came out - I managed perfectly well eating without my molars and premolars.
