Panneer Pool - Qty to be consumed

How many units of Panneer Ka Pool is to taken every day. I intent soaking it overnight and consume next morning on empty stomach. This for control of blood sugar.

My FBS is 133 and PPBS 210.

Your numbers are high. You can surely control them with diet management. Learn about carbs proteins and good fats. Take less carbs and increase good fats. Reduce weight. I think you are type 2 . Let's all know your age, height, weight and eating habits.

you are overweight with a Body Mass Index of 26.4 ( nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educat... ).

Beside a diet with lots of fibber from fruits and or vegetables and whole-grain bread it is also very important that you start exercising - this will reduce your insulin resistance which is the primary reason for your becoming diabetic.
