Many people at HU have already claimed that BGR 34 is not effective.

It also depends on the person who is using it. It's not usually used by type 1s.

When the claim they have made itself is fake how can they give results to anyone?

Not sure, but the ones who are using the medication thinks that it helps. It's like a placebo effect, but worse because a doctor has to give a prescription for it.
