Are you a type 1 or type 2 diabetic? Has your Endocrinologist (diabetes doctor) talked to you about how to lower the blood sugars? When was the last appointment? Are you counting carbs. for each meal and snack?
is this a fasting blood sugar reading?? or is it post prandial???
