When ever i take koda millet (varagua in Tamil) for my lunch or dinner, my body heat goes up and hence go to urination frequently.

It is very good in reducing the sugar spikes , rich in many nutrirents , can be used in many dishes like dosas , idlies , upmas , pulavs etc .I never heard that it causes heat in the body .

After adopting lchf diet I have taken only two chapati with chicken on two occasions and two poorees on a function from mid Feb to till date. Thus I don't take chapati and rice etc. I have attended many functions during this period of lchf but no body could pressurise me. Now I m free of acidity which was very problematic for me, accurate bp (without any tablet) and well managed sugar with 750mg metformin (which was uncontrollable prior to this). I m enjoying lot of dishes low carb) every day.
