Can anyone please tell how much mg of glucose does a fully loaded liver contains in human?

I thought it would be in mg. So a day's need is within 100 to 120 gms. Thank you for your immediate response Anup sir.

Can anyone please tell me in what proportion are fats and prots used for neoglucogenesis?

i have asked this question because i want to lose fat. I'm taking around 50g carbs in my diet. Obviously there will be neoglucogenesis. If proteins is the main source i'd be wasting muscles. Not good for me. That's why this question.

i'm on calorie deficit diet. Also low carb. doesn't necessarily mean high fat diet.

yes. I need. I can't metabolise carbs efficiently and high bs levels are harmful to me.
