Anup Ji I had half a bowl of cooked spinach and red beans each in lunch alongwith cucumber salad.PPBS shot to 166.no Roti or grains taken.what may be the reason?I m not on any med.hba1c 6.3.when diagnosed 3 months before it was 7.2.pl advise
